And just like that we've closed off another exciting quarter filled with platform advancements, publications, interesting carbon projects and speaking opportunities.

Last month has been all about the launch of our latest publication that we authored on behalf of Agrifutures; A farmer’s handbook to on–farm carbon management. The handbook helps primary producers identify which government–regulated on–farm carbon management and carbon farming practices are suitable for them, and discusses potential income, costs, risks, challenges and rewards associated with each methodology. You can grab the free pdf version or order a hardcopy via Agrifutures.

We are looking forward to discussing the latest carbon market developments with the Carbon Market Institute community at the upcoming Australasian Emissions Reduction Summit 2022 at Sydney’s ICC. For nearly a decade, the summit has been an important forum for discussion on climate and regional realities, as well as the investment required for a just and inclusive transition to a net zero economy. Head to our events page to schedule some time in with our team.

We are also excited to see DIGS being used by a project developer in Canada! Our DIGS App works in conjunction with the Ryzo Platform and your GPS device and integrates your sampling progress and data directly into the platform. We're equally thrilled to see more users utilising our Full Viability Assessment tool to understand their soil carbon project's economics and structure on the Ryzo Platform.

Lastly, we enjoyed hosting a webinar with Hydroterra on “measurement, modelling and error in soil carbon farming”, discussing current soil carbon farming practices, advantages and disadvantages of various estimation methods, and future technologies and techniques. You can now rewatch the session on our website.

Till’ next month!

Phil
